Due to expansion, Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a Redditch based client with an immediate opportunity for an experienced Complaints Handler to join their aftercare team on a permanent basis.

My client, a National organisation and a market leader in their field are looking to grow their existing customer service team.

Working within the aftercare department you will take calls from customers answering general queries and effectively handling any complaints with understanding and empathy. You will log service issues, scheduling engineers to attend properties and ensure the customer is satisfied with all work completed before signing off jobs.

As an experienced Complaints Handler, you will have previous telephone-based customer service and complaint handling experience. You will be an excellent communicator able to show understanding and empathy. With strong administrative skills you will accurately record all customer contact, schedule engineers and ensure all jobs are completed effectively.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
