Job Title: Complaints Handler

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: £22,000 - £29,000

  • Complaints handling experience via phone and email (essential)
  • Able to manage difficult customers/conversations (essential)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and negotiating skills (preferred)
  • Be able to communicate professionally in writing and over the phone
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Deal with customer inquiries, showing empathy and providing solutions
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Address any issues of conflict or complaints.
  • Preventing issues arising rather than resolving issues after they have occurred.
  • Demonstrating a timely resolution of all complaints and queries raised by our customers via phone, email/letter, or webchat
  • Exploring all aspects of the customer’s complaint to establish and fully understand the root cause
  • Developing key working relationships with your colleagues to help you achieve the right outcome for the customer
  • Recording complaint details accurately on all relevant systems and databases
  • Acting as a role model for the business always championing our vision and values, demonstrating a professional approach to work
  • This role will suit candidates with a strong background within complaints handling/complaints management
  • Always adopting a flexible approach to work, being prepared to undertake ad hoc duties which may be required to meet the ever-changing needs of our Customers and Business
The Successful Complaints Handler Will Have The Following
