Complaints Administrator / Complaints Handlers required

  • 4 x positions available, £10 p/hr + holiday pay
  • 3-month contract with potential to move to permanent

You will be supporting the department with administrative duties including:

  • Logging complaints.
  • Helping deal with queries and complaints via email
  • Dealing with customers over the phone (ad-hoc)
  • Meeting performance targets, demonstrating an efficient approach to tasks
  • Achieving quality standards set by Team Manager, delivering good quality outcomes to customers who are dissatisfied

- 2 days in the office each week and 3 days working from home

- Training initially to be carried out in the office

- Must have own laptop for working from home

- Car parking on site in Eastleigh
