AECOM is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation + Benefits function and partner with HR community, stakeholders, and employees in our International business. This role will support the International Rewards team by preparing analyses, researching and responding to compensation inquiries, developing and maintaining reporting and dashboards, liaising with key stakeholders, and supporting special projects. This position will report to the International Rewards Lead and will be a key member of the Global Rewards Team.

Job Duties:
  • Serves as a connection and collaboration liaison for International Rewards team, flexing within the team to support high priority items covering both the areas of both Compensation and Benefits and serving as an international technical specialist
  • Operates as the primary Rewards point of contact for compensation support for global business lines and groups, spanning multiple regions
  • Gathers information, researches, and implements solutions for processes, reporting, and projects
  • Maintains, identifies potential improvements, and evolves current processes to reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency
  • Creates and maintains various dashboards, metrics development, and monitoring/tracking
  • Drives complex initiatives and projects by performing advanced research and/or analysis and employing project management best practices
  • Executes the design and administration of various employee compensation and programs including, but not limited, to salary administration, job evaluation, merit and other salary increases, incentive plans, compensation communication, compensation policy development.
  • Advises managers on fair and competitive pay levels
  • Makes recommendations regarding salary ranges or market rates for specific jobs and assists in the operation of incentive programs and the management of merit review processes
  • Reviews salary increases for compliance with company policy and budget
  • Maintains liaison with individuals and units to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Under general supervision, plans and develops compensation projects with unique or controversial problems that have an important effect on major organization issues
  • Receives essentially administrative supervision, with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits
  • Performs most assignments independently with instruction on the general expected results
  • As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in areas of considerable scope and complexity

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree (or demonstrated equivalency)
  • Highly competent in data analysis, including gathering and preparing analysis, identifying insights, and presenting results through visualization
  • Strong numerical reasoning skills and detail orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and advise across teams
  • Intermediate to advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and macros

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Workday for day to day operational and advanced compensation processes
  • Experience with job design and architecture processes and projects
