The Firm

Hawk 3 Talent are working with a well-established regional firm in Gloucestershire across multiple offices to secure Company Commercial Paralegals for a busy department. The firm are looking for Paralegals to provide support to the Legal Practitioners in the firm. There will be an element of remote working throughout the pandemic at least for some of the time.

The Firm is in a period of extended growth and has done well over the last year, despite the restrictions. They have found that their loyal client base and motivated employees they have managed to increase their requirements to the point of growth in their various teams.

The Role

This role is suitable for an LPC Graduate or LPC Undergraduate with some experience in a corporate or company commercial department in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, or Worcestershire. We would expect at least 1 years’ experience in a Commercial role.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to).

Receiving new enquiries from potential clients, compliance for the Solicitors to review and approve, drafting of risk analysis, review ID and source of funds.

You will also be tasked with general administrative matters such as completing forms, drafting emails and letters, transactions, preparing statements and general invoicing work.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have legal experience within a legal environment. You will also be a proactive team player and have excellent attention to detail.

A degree with a law degree with at least a 2:2 is also expected.
