Our staff are our greatest asset, so for that reason, we pay them at the highest end of Healthcare Assistants with a salary starting at £23,708 & rising to £24,408 after probation. On top of that, we pay our mileage at 45p and offer overtime.

Hilton Nursing Partners works in partnership with the NHS to support patients following their discharge from the hospital. Rated not once but twice as outstanding by CQC.

Experience is not essential as we provide a comprehensive induction programme.
