Are you a RGN deciding where next in your nursing career? If you are passionate about providing the best possible care to individuals in their own homes, then a career in Community Nursing with Coventry Out of Hospital Community Nursing Service could be for you.

You will:
  • Be caring and compassionate
  • Be delivering holistic care for people in their own homes enabling them to stay at home longer and leave hospital faster
  • Be working as part of a Place Based Team working closely with members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams, including our GP’s, social care, specialist nurses and therapist colleagues.
  • Have the opportunity to develop your skills in a variety of clinical areas including wound care management, catheter care, palliative care, long term conditions and diabetes care.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a community setting however, if you don’t have this experience but really want to work in the community, we still want to hear from you.

You need to be able to work part time or full time over a shift system which includes early and late shifts across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are between 8am-4:30pm & 12pm-8pm

Car owner/driver is essential.
