If so, why not join the KLAS team as we are currently recruiting for Enforcement Officers.

What you will be doing.

Our Enforcement Officers will work alongside the local authority, carrying out patrols in hot spot areas for a wide range for Environmental and Anti-Social Behaviour crime and when appropriate issuing fixed penalty notices and reporting matters for prosecution.

Your day will be spent outdoors carrying out patrols mainly on foot and high visibility, so please consider this before you apply.

You will be dealing with members of the public face to face, so customer service must be something you enjoy, sometimes in difficult situations.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays). Shifts are on a set pattern so you will always know in advance when your expected to work with overtime available.

What you will need

You must enjoy dealing with people, want to make a difference, be friendly polite, and willing to offer support when needed, advice and assistance to colleagues and the public. PC skills would also be an advantage, as you will be using a handheld device daily.
