We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Band 5) (full time / part time) to join the North Hull and East Riding Nursing and Conditions community team. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurses to work within our community nursing teams, providing holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.The successful applicants should be a first level registered nurse with excellent communication skills. Previous experience of community nursing is not essential and each successful candidate will have a named mentor and an individually tailored development plan.CHCP CIC is committed to developing its clinical workforce and therefore offers the successful candidate opportunities for further study and career progression.You will be joining dynamic and proactive nursing teams which working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative.To deliver the prescribed care as indicated in the patient care plan and to promote best practice of the District Nursing Service.
