We seek a Community Engagement Manager to join our fast-growing team. We need a super enthusiastic person who will represent our brand as we spread the word about full fibre broadband and the benefits it can bring to residents. This is not a direct sales role, but the ultimate objective is, of course, growth. This is a brand-new role, so you can really drive and own our communication with and within our communities and bring about a positive and long-lasting impact.

We are a new provider, we offer incredibly fast, reliable broadband at a great price! It is a fantastic product to take out to communities, particularly at a time when people are striving to save money.

This role allows the person to get involved in a wide range of activities to raise awareness of Lit Fibre. This could be spotting sponsorship opportunities, local PR like press and radio, helping local groups, sourcing brand ambassadors, collaborating with marketing to make sure each town knows what we do and so much more! It is a chance to be really creative and make your mark!

You don’t need to have done this role before; we need someone engaging, enthusiastic and credible who loves to talk to people and is willing to go out to our towns and spread the word about our brilliant company! Previous experience in events, marketing, sales or sponsorship would certainly be interesting but personality is key!!

***This role will involve travelling to and from our towns on a regular basis. Due to the nature of community engagement, flexible working outside normal office hours as and when required for community events, including some evenings and weekends is expected***

We offer a salary up to 30k and a car, plus 30 days holiday (not including bank holidays), private health insurance, pension and more!
