Community Care Assistants

£9.50 - £12.00 per hour

Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting for experienced Community Care Assistants to join our friendly team in the Rotherham area.

We are working closely with the CCG to provide emotional and practical care to vulnerable adults and their families supporting them through end of life support in their own homes ensuring that they receive good quality care. Due to the nature of the service, you will be required to provide full person centred care to the service users and family members.

The hours are flexible, which means you’re able to fit the role in around other commitments including childcare or studying. Bear in mind that you’ll be working on a rota basis, which may include early starts, late finishes and some weekend working.

We are ideally looking for drivers with access to their own vehicles, although non drivers will be considered

Your role will include;

• Support individuals to stay safe and ensure their welfare.
• Help manage medication responsibility.
• Providing all aspects of personal care
• Supporting family members
