We are on the lookout for a dynamic and community-oriented individual to join us as an Arts Development Worker. If you have exceptional listening and communication skills, with a background and experience in delevering arts and crafts workshopsyou could be the perfect fit for our team. We value individuals who deeply understand the challenges faced by the people in Highfields and Leicestershire.

Role Overview:

This is a unique development role, funded for three years by the Henry Smith Charity. Your mission will be to enhance the provision of arts services and drive positive change in both local communities and city-wide arts organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with individuals, including their families and friends, who currently use or are considering using our services.
• Play a crucial role in how people reintegrate into our services post-COVID-19, focusing on their experiences and needs.
• Ensure understanding, responsiveness, professionalism, and informativeness in all interactions.
• Contribute significantly to the quality and safety of the arts services provided.
