Our client is a Public Sector body.
Job Description
The Communications Officer will be responsible to internally and externally communicate services, initiatives and news to a wide range of audiences; ensuring excellent reputation management and key messages are coordinated and communicated effectively.
This busy role will require the Communications Officer to be both reactive, and proactive, working collaboratively to ensure the team’s objectives are met. The successful candidate will work on everything from press releases and media enquiries, to uploading web content, to working on the internal magazine.
This role is remote, reporting into the office in Bridgend.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Have a background in journalism
- Have relevant PR and Communications experience
- Have experience working on Press Releases
- Have experience working with the Media
- Have experience working in internal communications
- Have a proven track record managing multiple stakeholders
- Have experience with Indesign
