We are looking for a Communications Lead to join Team Demelza in this new exciting role, taking the lead on communication with children, young people, their parents and carers and other family members to raise awareness about the services available and how these can be accessed.
You will be responsible for developing a communications plan to share relevant and timely information with families, creating a central resource of information for families, and working with the wider team to develop creative content to inform families about these services.
You will have a proven track record of working on an email marketing platform, and experience working in a marketing and/or communications role. You will have the ability to use and understand analytics data regarding audience use of communication channels, as well as excellent copywriting skills, attention to detail, use of the English language and grammar.
Excellent personable skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of different audiences is essential. Experience in a health, social care or education setting is desirable. Please note this role will involve travel across the Demelza region (Kent, SE London and East Sussex), and some remote working for a temporary period due to COVID-19.
