Communications & Events Executive


The Client:


We are working alongside a very well-respected Legal Insurance company. They are a market leading organisation who look after their employees and offer an excellent working environment. During the pandemic they ran weekly social video calls and continue to provide a stable and positive environment for their employees. They are looking for a Communications and Events executive to join their close-knit team and provide the company with their relevant expertise.


The Opportunity


This is fantastic opportunity someone with experience in both Events and Communications to join an award-winning, growing business who value their staff. They pride themselves on the fact that even during the pandemic they did not make anyone redundant.


During this role you will be expected to plan and execute, from end-to-end, a number of events per year with budget constraints in mind. These will range from smaller office outings to large conferences with big budgets. As part of this hybrid role, you will also have the opportunity to liase with all areas of the business to provide effective internal communications and provide advice to managers while maintain positive internal and public relations.

What’s needed for me to be considered?


  • Previous experience in events
  • CIPR/CIM/other relevant degree would be advantageous although equivalent experience will be considered
  • Experience of chairing/attending/leading meetings
  • Current knowledge of external and internal communication practices
  • Strong competency using Microsoft Office
