The team develop communications and engagement programmes that activate our brand and our purpose internally, so that our partners and people feel connected, understand the role they play in EYs success and do so in a place where they belong.

The People and Partners pillar of the team is the ‘engine room’, responsible for running and innovating firm-wide channels, leading on audience insight and leading on the ongoing engagement for the firm-wide strategy, Purposeful Growth.

The Communications and Engagement Manager – People & Partners - will be responsible for improving our communications activity using insight, measurement and listening.

You will work collaboratively across the team, using your influencing skills and being analysis and insight to everything we do.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from the Communications & Engagement team and external suppliers to create and execute a new listening and insight strategy for the firm.
  • Become the audience expert and establish ways to segment our audiences further.
  • Create strong connections with Global and EMEIA counterparts to collaborate on measurement and insight plans.
  • Produce measurement and insight reports and create a narrative to engage senior stakeholders
  • Gain strong understanding of different areas of the business and work with the Relationship Management team to coach them on audience insight and shape recommendations for communications and engagement.
  • Actively seek ways to deliver greater efficiency, effectiveness and innovation across the channels.
  • Manage internal and external suppliers to deliver the strategy where applicable.
  • Manage communications budget.

Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to tell a story about complex information
  • An interest and enthusiasm for creativity and innovation.
  • Proven skillset in running research projects, from focus groups to survey analysis

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Experience of working in professional services or matrix organisations or large corporates
  • Five years’ experience in a communications team or agency.
  • Experience in creating and delivering audience research projects.

Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Experience of commissioning and overseeing projects through external agencies
  • Experience of delivering communications plans or campaigns
