This post is to support the Communication and Engagement Officer by assisting with newsletters, promoting wellbeing, being a point of contact for staff improvement ideas, and liaising with employees of both NTH Solutions and the Trust.
The post holder will be required to support the development of effective communication channels and systems throughout the organisation, and will be required to assist with internal communication channels including social media platforms, internal bulletins, update the NTH Solutions intranet page, and provide content for external publications. They will support the Communications and Engagement Officer in the communication of our digital transformation strategy, both internally and externally, and may be required to provide support to the HR & Business Performance Team.
