Summary

An exciting opportunity have arisen for a forward thinking and ambitious individual to join our team.

About The Role

The Pension Fund is currently going through a period of transformation as it seeks to be an exemplar Fund, as outlined in its business plan. We are looking for someone to take ownership of our member communications, customer service and training strategies and to take them to the next level by using modern technology to understand our customer base by developing data analytics to allow for and to deliver targeted and best practice communications and customer service to our 80,000+ members.

About You

The ideal candidate would have background and experience in the areas referred to above as well as an innovative mindset, being great at communicating using different mediums as well as working effectively with others with a professional persona and a drive to achieve. Pensions can be a technically complex area, so it would be great if you had a background in the pensions industry but we will also consider candidates with other relevant experience but the types of personal attributes we are looking for.
