This is a great opportunity at one of surrey’s finest golf clubs and one of the country’s top 100 golfing establishments. We are looking to develop your skills according to our member’s needs working with fresh seasonal produce. Following our executive head chefs’ criteria, along with high consistent standards. You must be prepared to multitask and work under pressure. But be ready to take on and learn a wealth of kitchen and food knowledge. Requirements Level 2 Food hygiene. A passion and desire for preparing and cooking quality food. Minimum 6 months relevant experience or culinary school leaver Awareness of manual handling techniques. Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety. Experience of kitchen equipment. Experience of handling chef’s knives. Competent level of English spoken and written. Awareness of manual handling techniques Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety Competent Experience of kitchen equipment The Package- 45 hours a week.
