Description
Commercial Property Solicitor
An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join the Swindon office of a leading regional practice.
My client is in the process of succession planning and is now looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their open plan office and manage a busy caseload and proactively participate in business development.
There is flexibility in regards to the required level of PQE but it is expected that you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in dealing with a caseload of commercial property matters including the sale and purchase of commercial buildings, landlord and tenant, commercial leases and development projects.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of all aspects of Commercial Property law, you will possess strong academics and be comfortable with business development and networking.
Salary is line with your level of experience.
£41,000 - £55,000
