An experienced commercial property solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a senior level position within one the Midlands leading real estate teams. The role offers considerable scope for career development.

The team can accommodate both hybrid and part-time working options.

Applications are sought from qualified solicitors (England & Wales) who have more than 6 years’ PQE gained specialising in real estate work. The role could suit a genuine all rounder or it could suit someone who has focused on landlord, tenant, disposal, acquisition and corporate support.

The team works for clients across a wide spectrum of sectors. Additionally clients vary from SME’s through to blue chip businesses. This ensures a varied working day, access to very large scale projects and the opportunity to get involved early and advises (non-lawyer) decision makers.

In addition the post holder will supervise junior team members and also have the opportunity to lead with key clients. The structure of the team means that there are some excellent career advancement opportunities for someone who may want them.
