This commercial property manager role will be focused on supporting the Managing Director and leadership team in managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in London.

Our client is looking for an experienced commercial property manager who is highly organised with excellent teamwork skills to help manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Landlord and Tenant matters.
  • Lease renewals.
  • Rent reviews.
  • Advertising units and negotiation of lease terms.
Experience required:
  • Good level of experience working in a similar commercial or residential property manager role
  • MRICS desirable not essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of leases.
  • Clean driving licence and access to own car.
