Our Commercial Property Department manages over 400 commercial units, covering around 500,000 sq ft of commercial use space across the UK.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Lettings Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing properties, showing properties to potential tenants, negotiating deals, and managing all aspects of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in renting out our commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to determine the current trends in the real estate market.
• Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
