There is an opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Lawyer to join a Top 100 firm as part of their renowned Property team.

Due to an influx of work in a busy team this Chambers and Partners acclaimed firm is looking for new talent to grow with their department.

This role is perfect for someone wanting to establish themselves in the South West legal market amongst the corporate and commercial clients, by having access to these clients from across the nation!
Act on behalf of organisations on a breadth of Commercial Property issues where you will be:
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge on Commercial Property issues
  • Working collaboratively with different departments across the firm
  • Encouraging and generating referrals of work across the firm between departments to be able to service clients holistically
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
You will get to work with businesses across sectors such as: technology, Education and Charities and Construction and Engineering
If you are:
  • 4 – 6 years PQE or more
  • Interested in business development
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Keen to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
  • A Strong communicator with a professional approach to work
  • A Lawyer with a practical and commercial approach
  • Skilled at drafting and legal analysis
