Commercial Management Accountant – Hybrid Working

Bury

£55,000 – £60,000 plus bonus

If you are looking for a group commercial accounting role in the Northwest look no further. This role has everything you do want in commercial work and everything you don’t want will be managed by your team.

You don’t even need to be local to the business as they offer hybrid working and flexibility, so 2 days in the office is fine and you can arrive early and miss any commuter traffic and likewise get an early dart home!

This business is well established and operate internationally with group head office finance in Bury and smaller UK offices and European sites. Your role is to support the senior finance leadership team with all aspect of group commercial management accounting.

You will mentor an existing team who will produce the data for you to then interrogate and put your commercial steer on. You will be looking at process and procedure improvement internationally and aligning these to head office expectations. You will support the finance leaders with commercial projects and business partnering activities to retain growth areas and identify new revenue streams.

This is a wholly visible role so you must be a people person who loves interaction and challenge and working with senior leaders across all areas of a business, there will also be the opportunity for international travel to European sites so you must be proven in relationship management and development.

Due to the status and nature of the role all applicants must be Qualified, ACA/ACCA or CIMA. Unfortunately, the board cannot appoint anyone without professional qualifications into this position.
