Job description

My client are a well-renowned and prestigious regional firm looking to expand their brilliant Commercial Team. They are looking for a talented NQ Associate who is looking for a fresh challenge and be part of an award-winning and vibrant firm.

Role Overview:

  • Manage their own caseload (under supervision) involving but not limited to general commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, IP litigation, professional negligence and contractual disputes, and handling complex matters.
  • Supporting the Partner, Senior Associates, and liaising with other members of the team
  • Undertaking training where required
  • Undertake business development

Personal Specification:

  • Qualified Solicitor within England and Wales, or soon to qualify in 2021
  • NQ - 1 year PQE
  • Previous experience within a city law firm advantageous
  • Experience in other areas of law considered
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
