In-House Commercial Legal Counsel NQ – 3 PQE Midlands Are you a Commercial Contracts Lawyer looking for a new challenge? We have an opportunity to work for a well known In-House organisation based in the West Midlands? If you have experience of Commercial contracts from a reputable Private Practice or In-House organisation, please get in touch to hear more about this exciting new opportunity.

About the role:
As an integral part of the In-House team, you will provide support on a wide variety of legal queries and areas, including but not limited to:
  • Reviewing and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts;
  • Delivering support for all legal and commercial matters including general contractual matters, marketing, internal and external communications and contractual dispute management;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
  • Liaising with external law firms as appropriate;
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders when delivering legal advice;
  • Conduct legal research as required to provide guidance on contract compliance and legal / regulatory requirements; and
  • Providing support on projects where needed.

About the In-House Commercial Legal Counsel:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor and will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience gained during a Commercial seat at a reputable law firm or In-House organisation.


Essential requirements include:
  • Excellent academics;
  • Ability to work well individually and part of a team;
  • A commitment to delivering quality service;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
