At Harris & Harris we are fortunate to be busy and growing in all areas of our firm and we are recruiting for our busy commercial and property department.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor with 2 years minimum PQE to join the growing commercial department to run and manage their own caseload consisting of a variety of commercial transactions. Our established client base includes national and regional businesses, SMEs, consultancies and start ups across a wide range of sectors, and we operate in an area which is attracting new businesses and business people in the growing digital and technology sectors.
Usual work will include – commercial leases, licences and variations, commercial property acquisition and sales, business sales and acquisitions, shareholder and partner agreements, and commercial contracts. The role will be based mainly in our Frome Office.
