Commercial Insurance Client Executive

Salary: DOE + bonus + great benefit package

Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: Mon-Fri - Full time

You will already have a proven background dealing with SME level commercial business and have a strong commercial insurance background.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage key client relationships.
  • Managed a portfolio of around 25 risks per month, with a client spend of c.£3000 -£20,000 +
  • Deal with general queries from clients inclusive of new business, mid-term renewals, retentions.
  • Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with accurately and effectively.
  • Work to achieving company targets for new business, retention, and cross selling ancillary products.
  • Manage policy renewals effectively.
  • Draft reports and chase clients for correct and accurate information.
  • Provide support to the client managers.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • A proven technical background and knowledge in commercial products (including Property/Business Interruption, Professional Indemnity, Liabilities, Fleet, motor trade and Cyber and crime).
  • Proven client handling experience with outstanding communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and ideally have used Acturis previously, although it is not a necessity.
  • Ideally be CII qualified or have a desire to complete it.
  • Highly organised with a great eye for detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
