Salary: Six Figure Basic + Bonus

Our client is a leading scientific community platform used by over 8 million users world-wide. Due to huge growth they now need a new Commercial Director with experience in delivering B2C user growth (free and paid) & conversion in low-touch freemium SaaS models.

You will have revenue responsibility for the B2C function and will take ownership of analysing, understanding and reporting on the key commercial elements of the SaaS platform.

You will receive support in developing your own team, and you’ll also be expected to work effectively and collaboratively across the business to understand where current gaps are in the customer journey, helping to make and support the business cases for new and ongoing initiatives.

You will work closely with the senior management team to create company-wide alignment for the achievement of an ambitious set of goals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced delivering user growth (free and paid) & conversion in a low-touch freemium SaaS model. This is vital!
  • Track-record of delivery using analytics, KPIs and structured frameworks.
  • Data-driven. Base decisions on observations and data that is available.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Natural at making plans, keeping people aligned along the way and thriving when a vision comes to life.
  • High-energy and tenacious.
  • Someone who understands that we need to be bold in the pursuit of better.
