We are looking for a Commercial Contract Paralegal to join our Nottingham Head Office, to support on drafting, reviewing and negotiating on various commercial agreements for the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely counsel to the business on contractual matters
  • Identify and manage contractual risks and implement solutions to any issues which may arise
  • Review, update and manage standard contractual documents
  • Liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external, on contract negotiation
  • Support the legal department on process improvements and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Deliver relevant training to key stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in negotiating commercial contracts
  • Law degree or equivalent
  • Strong and effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills both within and across teams
