About the role:

We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to work within our small sales/customer service team based at Peterlee. Duties will include, developing and maintaining a portfolio of profitable commercial clients via targeted sales calls and other sales initiatives, nurturing and building strong relationships with all commercial clients, taking inbound sales calls, as well as identifying new business opportunities and leads.

  • Source and convert new commercial clients
  • Make outbound calls & take incoming calls in relation to prospective clients as well as existing and lapsed
  • Liaise with our Credit Control and Transport departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time
  • Accurately input data into the computer system and ensure customer account details are maintained and up to date
