Commercial Account Handler

A respected insurance broker based in Bournemouth, Dorset are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join their team.

This is a broking support role where the Account Handler provides technical, customer relationship and administrative support to Account Executive’s alongside (on occasion) the wider team. You will be assisting the Account Executive with achieving their new business and renewal targets through proactive administration and customer support.

What will the role involve?

• Activities include you assisting with obtaining appropriate quotes prior, preparing fact-find information, making renewal appointments, preparing renewal reports and preparing client presentations;
• Assist account executives in achieving their new business and renewal targets.

Suitable Candidate:

• Commercial insurance account handling experience preferably across various classes;
• Good communication skills via phone and face to face;
• Planning organisational and time management skills.
