The role of Commercial Account Handler is really important to them. You will be responsible for supporting Sales Executives with administration and customer service duties for fleet and commercial insurance clients.

Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Dealing with general enquiries competently and giving clear guidance and explanations
  • Accurately updating and maintaining an in - house system
  • Processing mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
  • Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy and general administration - document processing, letter writing, dealing with the setting up/cancellation of direct debits
  • Processing fleet declarations and assisting the fleet team with processing their new business and renewals on the system

  • Commercial Insurance experience is desirable

This is a full time, office based role based in Leeds.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5:15pm.
