ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a Collections Administrator be part of our Collections team. The role is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of Debt OKRs through manual investigation and data input
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate all active and inactive accounts on the debt book to establish trends and themes
- Provide meaningful data and insight into internal problems and customer behaviours
- Support Debt Team Manager in creating quality outbound dialler campaigns using data collected on investigated accounts
- Work to understand key issues facing customers and segment debt book in an easily understandable way
- Be able to manually enter data from one system into another and produce tracking information
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Data entry
- Good core IT skills
- Understanding customer and business positions
- The ability to consider points objectively
- Basic understanding of root cause analysis
