Role responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality, excellent customer service.
  • You will be expected to learn our cocktails list by heart (classics and signature, 45 - 50 ) as well as the basics of our wines for you to be able to inform and sell to our customers.
  • Candidates must have a good attitude towards all aspects of the job and be a great team player.
  • You will be working about 35-48 hours a week.
  • Classic cocktail knowledge preferable but not essential.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to guests in accordance with company standards
  • Handle payments and float in accordance with company standards
  • Apply responsible alcohol management awareness and ensure all customers too intoxicated to serve are pointed out to a member of senior management
  • Ensure that the bar, front-of-house, and other areas are clean and maintained
