An exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking Coach Tour Operator based in Hugglescote.

We are looking for an experienced and confident person to join our Holidays and Private Hire Sales teams. Adaptability would be a necessity for the right candidate, as you will be required to work within the two departments. From selling holidays, short breaks and day trips, to administering bus passes, no two days are the same, giving way to a varied and very rewarding role.

Your main responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for calls coming into the office and dealing with them accordingly, whether this is for our Holidays or Private Hire Sales team. Full training for each department will be given. You will also be dealing with customers on a face to face basis when they visit our travel centre.

The ideal candidate must have proven customer service experience, experience in an administrative role is essential, your attention to detail must be paramount, a passion for travel and the destinations we visit, a can do and conscientious attitude, as well as being proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Some out of hours and weekend work may be required as part of a rota system.
