As a CTA Coach, you will spearhead our coaching initiatives, guiding both clients and fellow coaches towards success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our coaching programs, ensuring they are effective, innovative, and aligned with our mission. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement coaching strategies tailored to individual and organizational goals.

2. Lead coaching sessions with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing personalized guidance and support.

3. Mentor and supervise a team of coaches, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.

4. Continuously evaluate coaching programs and techniques, making recommendations for improvement and innovation.

5. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders enhance the coaching experience and drive business growth.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in coaching and personal development.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a coach, with a track record of delivering impactful results.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Deep understanding of coaching principles, techniques, and methodologies.- Demonstrated ability to adapt coaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse individuals.

- Certification in coaching or related field is preferred.

More about our coaches role

Will deliver 1 hour sessions to children aged 6-16. The successful candidate will be trained by Coach Conor Thomas on our signature ‘CTA way’ of coaching

Experienced in working with children (DBS certification is essentia

l)

Friendly and empathetic

Has a minimum FA level 1 qualification

Committed to delivering high quality sessions

Happy to work afternoons/evenings

Good to know:

All equipment will be provided for the candidate & kept on site

Sessions are from 4pm-8pm (vary per wee

k)

Sessions are held Monday-Thursday

It is desirable that the candidate has their own mode of transport
