Main Purpose

The holder of this post is responsible for providing a service to the Depot production team and ensuring that depot personnel & administration issues are maintained to the highest standard.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensure all Maintenance records are processed in a timely manner and archived.
  • Scan, separate, save and upload pdf copies of maintenance documentation to Papervision.
  • Update of Maintenance Management system EAM, excel spreadsheets, R2, wheel wear database and other databases as required.
  • Raise, track, close out campaign on EAM and ensure archive has complete set of documentation to support closure.
  • Ensure Archive documents are forwarded to Papervision for storage and tidiness of Archive room is maintained in good order.
  • Update of staff roster
  • Update of staff briefing spreadsheet and database
  • Raise training requests for staff in conjunction with depot trainers
  • Update ACMS and SOROS as required
  • Update of communication room data
  • Start of shift briefs to format and record
  • Update training and competency records

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent communicator.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills with proven ability to prioritise workload and meet timescales.
  • Ability to stay focused in a busy environment.
  • IT literate, customer focused, attentive to detail.
  • Multi-tasking against deadlines.
  • Proactive in approach.

Working Pattern

Working an average of 37 hours per week

Monday – Friday
