Overview of the Company:

The client is a Weymouth-based company specializing in CNC machining. They are known for their expertise in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes with live tooling
  • Ensure the machines are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired results
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in setting and operating CNC lathes with live tooling
  • Previous experience in the aerospace industry is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

Day shift: 39 hours per week

Early/ Late shift rotation: 35 hours per week average (basic rate + 18% enhancement) Night shift: 46 hours per week (basic rate +33.3% enhancement)
