Nakamura/ Mori Seiki CNC Programmer Setter Operator We are recruiting for a key client based in Lancashire who have been an essential part of the supply chain for aerospace, aero-engine and commercial customers since 1982. We are looking for a full time permanent Nakamura/ Mori Seiki CNC Programmer Setter Operator to join their business in Colne. Essential skills required of the Nakamura/ Mori Seiki CNC Programmer Setter Operator:-Must have hands on working experience as a Nakamura/ Mori Seiki CNC Programmer Setter Operator, at least 3 years
  • We require least 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive experience in a machining environment with knowledge of modern technology and up to date manufacturing techniques.
  • Ability to use appropriate measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements.
  • Ability to manufacture precision components by fully understanding engineering drawings in terms of tolerances, surface finish, etc.
  • Methodical and focused approach to work.
  • Focused on quality with high attention to detail.
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in programming using Fanuc controls. The successful Nakamura/ Mori Seiki CNC Programmer Setter Operator will program and set-up Nakamura Mori Seiki multi-axis multi-tasking machines, including Fanuc based SL2500 and NL2000, and Nakamura NTY3.
