Are you currently a CNC Machinist with experience running milling machines? Would you like a role where you will receive continual training and opportunities to develop your skillset to become a technical expert? If so, my client, a fast-expanding global specialist in bespoke vacuum pump manufacturing, has an exciting opportunity for you to join its expanding team as a CNC Miller.

Pay Rate: up to £40,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10.30pm

Duration: Permanent

Duties include:

  • Setting work pieces, running direct and remote programs from engineering drawing on both horizontal and vertical HAAS milling machines
  • Confidently set tools and produce parts to the correct quality standards
  • Programming bespoke designs using CAM software and identify any programming errors
  • Document setup instructions that list tools, tool positions, feeds, speeds, and fixtures required to run machine in assigned workplace

If you are an experienced Fitter/Fabricator and have experience of the TIG process, working with very fine tolerances of +/- 0.2mm, this role could be for you. For the opportunity to join this rapidly-expanding company, please apply as soon as possible.
