Our client currently have opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join thier busy team. You must be time served through a recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship with a proven engineering background with experience of working with stainless steel and high value components/materials. You must have experience of setting and operating CNC lathes or milling machines. Ability to programme, set and operate CNC machines would be a distinct advantage. You must be able to read and accurately interpret engineering drawings. Must have experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain. You must be flexible in approach with a CAN DO attitude with the ability to manage your time effectively whilst working to tight targets and deadlines. Must be willing to do shift working as this may be needed on occasions. The ideal candidate is able to work as part of a team & on own initiative and be willing to undertake other reasonable duties when required.
