As a member of the Cloud support team your focus will be to provide resolution of incidents escalated through the Operational Support structure in line with organisational KPIs. You will be involved in supporting a wide range of technologies, as such we are highly focused on growing technical capabilities within the team which is supported by a robust training plan.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience working in an Cloud T3 Senior Engineering role providing support to an enterprise scale organisation

Windows Server Support

M365 / Office 365

Azure Technologies / VMWare / Hyper-V experience

Citrix

Exchange

Excellent communication skills

Advantageous

SCCM

PowerShell scripting

Replication

Networking

Storage

AWS experience
