Rose Ward are seeking a Band 3 Clinical Support Workerto join our friendly supportive team.

Rose Ward is a 13 bed mixed gender inpatient facility for older persons with Dementia.

Worker is required to work a mix of day and night shifts. Working pattern are day and night shifts - 07:00 - 19:30 and 19:30 - 07:00.

Health Care Assistant Band 3 - Inpatient
  • Providing person centred care for older persons with Dementia and physical health problems
  • Assisting patients with personal care and dietery requirements
  • Monitoring and recording of physical health
  • Therapeutic observations
  • Input with patients recovery plan
  • Liaison and support to relatives and other services
  • Recording on Patients clinical notes
  • Escorting patients to appointments
  • Assisting nursing staff with admission and discharge procedures.
