An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for committed Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Sheerness, Kent area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This special hospital was the first in the country to be rated ’outstanding’ by the CQC back in 2014. It has a regional heart attack centre offering emergency intervention to patients in the area. The hospital specialises in renal, cystic fibrosis, hyper-acute stroke, vascular and spinal services across a wider network
  • To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a current active NMC Pin**
As The Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse Your Key Duties Include
  • You will work collaboratively alongside our multi-disciplinary teams, consisting of around 30 members of staff
  • You be responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning delivery and evaluation of patient care
  • You should be passionate about the rehabilitation of patients in your care and be encouraging them, to aid their ability for independent living
  • You will also put to use your strong communication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey
  • You’ll care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work to help us continue to change things for the better
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
  • You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Driven and motivated and believe in quality care
  • Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference
  • An inspiring leader who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment
  • Experienced in working in the healthcare sector
