An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Service Manager for Child Development Services (CDS)- Brighton and Hove Seaside View Child Development Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of Child Development Services (CDS) including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Specialist nurses, Weight management and administrators supported by a centre coordinator.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic and innovative leader to work with senior clinicians to provide support for service delivery and implementation of strategic vision across these multidisciplinary services. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager for CDS B&H and West Sussex and with the Medical Lead as part of the Area Senior Management team to ensure we continue to deliver safe, effective and high quality clinical care, and implement Trust values for supporting and developing our staff. They will also work alongside the Professional Leads to link operational and professional leadership priorities and developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with well-developed teams of passionate and dedicated clinicians, and we would welcome applications from any clinical background.
