Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

Location: Dibden Park School, Hampshire

Salary: up to £60,000 (experience-dependent)

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hrs per week, 52 weeks per annum

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required

Were looking for a Clinical Psychologist with demonstrable leadership skills to join our well-established clinical team. Holding clinical responsibility within a special school and college environment, you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the pupils we support. About The Role

The post is located within Dibden Park School to join a well-established large clinical team to facilitate MDT working, consisting of Practitioner Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, and Therapies Assistants.

Working independently within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures you will work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.

Essential Criteria:

• Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
• Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern)
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
• Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
• Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
• Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults.
• Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
• Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
• Skills in the management of data are also important as the role includes collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development and project work.
