Main duties of the job

The clinical element of the role will be to provide pharmaceutical care to clinical areas within Glan Clwyd hospital as part of a pharmacy and multidisciplinary team. You will have the option to maximise your skills by either specialising in an area of interest or rotating through clinical specialities.

Our aim is that all our pharmacy team maximise their potential and we actively encourage career progression by offering funded places on the Independent prescribing course and the Advanced Clinical Practice MSc (run by Bangor and Glyndwr Universities). Research and development opportunities are also available.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
