Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to deliver patient care within the field of Breast Care as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful post holder will be an integral part of the breast care nursing team and support both in-patient and out-patient services to ensure patients receive appropriate management and treatment, aide their pathway and contribute to planning optimum patient care.

The post holder will work collaboratively as a member of the Breast Care team to ensure both elective / emergency patient receive holistic assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of their care needs.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
